PC users didn’t have this issue, as that additional data was a part of the initial install of the game on Steam. Work on the patches began before the game had even launched: PlayStation 4 users reported needing a 23 GB update on February 9th, which had to be downloaded on February 14th (launch day), to get Kingdom Come Deliverance to run. PS4 patches 1.0.1 & 1.0.2 are the same, the difference is only in territory.
